Hay, I’m Taylor! I’m the owner, designer, and brand strategist behind Hay&Co, a creative studio helping small businesses build their brand identities. 


A born-and-bred Northwesterner, I grew up in a family-operated construction business that taught me the importance of firm handshakes, straight shooting, and promises kept. I created Hay&Co to embody those same sensibilities: I believe in hard work, collaboration, and trust. 


I also believe in fun! My design style is bold, bright, and confident. My work makes a warm and lasting impression. I’m committed to showing up authentically, and to helping your business do the same. I’m here to celebrate YOU: your vision, your passion, and your drive to succeed.

When I’m not at the computer, you can find me enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, from working in my garden to dropping crab pots in Puget Sound with my husband and son.
