Who is Hay&Co, anyway? Mainly it’s me, Taylor, along with a trusted network of creative pros that I call upon as needed for their unique skills. Singly and collectively we’ve got the expertise to help you accomplish just about any branding challenge under the sun — without the big agency headaches and price tag.

A born-and-bred Northwesterner, I was raised in a family-operated construction business that emphasized hard work and honest dealings. After working at other people’s agencies, I started Hay&Co because I’m passionate about collaborating directly with my clients to create strategic solutions through design. I'm here to listen and learn, dive in, offer my insights and deliver on my promises. Outside of work you can find me riding horses on the family ranch or dropping crab pots in Puget Sound.

OFFICE MANAGER & MODEL FOR HIRE
Even though he’s appeared in the pages of the Eddie Bauer Catalog, Wesley hasn’t let success go to his head. He can most frequently be found curled up in the Hay&Co office. He is always ready for a brainstorm or a belly rub. His favorite design tool is a tennis ball (don’t call it a toy!), but frankly we’re still working on his email etiquette. A trusted advisor and steadfast companion, Wesley is always game for the next photo shoot and more than willing to negotiate on terms of payment (bones preferred).
